@Sanjeev As far as I thought about it, it is the British method of making the officers as their servants and then making the officers control the population as per the british command. Officers used to quip in those times in front of other Indians "look I am working with Britishers" like some kind of achievement. When rhe Britishers left, this whole system should have been dismantled and a system that serves Bharatiya purpose best should have been formed. Instead the Britishers were replaced by greedy Indian politicians and they wanted to enjoy the same privilege of having 'servants' under them. Pure bdsm stuff.

He is an SDM and not a Lawyer...may be he was dressed in black and white you may have thought he is a Lawyer....also Lawyers are not supposed to scream like Sunny Deol in movies ...those are only in movies.....common people have a big misconception that in courts lawyers scream and win cases....cases are won on the skills of interpretation of laws, knowledge, art of cross examination. Also this recording is of later stage when the arguments have already happened between the Lawyers of both sides and after convinced by the arguments that the SDM has not abided by the order of the High Court...the Judge has summoned the SDM personally to court to hear his say.

My comment wasn’t meant for lawyers to scream at all. It was meant for the humility lawyers exhibit in front of the judge. They should be humble even outside the court.

15 - 20 saal ka ground field work karne ke baad hi inhe collector banana chahihiye.. Take exam of Ias, give certificate but then engage them in tinkering.. Same applies to judges

this is what happen when education and UPSC test is used in place of experience. Education is very important, but no education or a test can replace any experience. experience can be recognised and used instead of education, but not other way around. There is as much difference in study to obtain good marks ( and pass IAS Test) and study to learn as between land and sky. Mere a test can not beat, years of professional and life experience.

I don't understand one thing, judges are being stern in their words towards the govt officials but that doesn't go into the case files, these are good only as far as they can make newspaper headlines. When they write the order, they give the officer a clear escape route like in this case, the learned judge mentions "the SDM clearly misunderstood the order" which is nothing but giving him benefit of being a stupid official. Has any judge ever fired a govt official (not suspended)? Never. So why to even say things like "you will be in trouble".
The work culture of judiciary is too amoral. They don't punish fools or corrupt people if they can avoid it

Finding fault with others is the easiest job, what reply does Judiciary has about the pendency of huge number of cases? Judges appointing judges? Salman khans getting bail in few hours whereas the poor languishing in jail for petty crimes .
Judges are already over burdened, it's the state government's prerogative to recruit more judges in the subordinate judiciary which it cannot due to lack of infra & paying capacity.
Judges appoint judges( at hc & sc) yes, it's better than politicians appointing judges, at present collegium is not devoid of shortcomings but the best method available.
Salman Khan gets bail & a poor man doesn't, it's again the state government's duty to have more permanent legal aid advocates.

If you are re-publishing Court proceedings, please do the entirety of it without selectively cutting and continuing. It misrepresents what took place.
Also do not put your own titles and captions. This has an effect on the lawyer (or the officer in this case) as well as the judge. It affects their confidential reports and their further prospects because these clips get viewed millions of times. Some responsibility is necessary.

I have been a victim of this personally in the way in which court proceedings are clipped and presented which prejudices not only the lawyer or client but also the judge and subject.

I always wonder that when our judiciary is so powerful then why dont they become strict against those advocates who create ruckus, beat police, humilite public, damage property during protests etc.. we all saw Teeshazari Court violence case where they molested a lady IPS officer, tried to snatch the guns of police, attacked police station in the court premises, tried to drag the police who locked themselves up in the lockup to save themselves as well as the prisioners there.. we all saw that but our jud*****y stood by thise lawyers, supported them, and punished police officers .. aisi situation mae iss boldness ko kya ho jata hai, kahan chali jati hai insaaf karne ki shiddat....
