Step 1
To Soak
1 big cup rice
1 tbsp ulunthu
1 tsp fenugreek
Step 2
1/4 cup blended flour mix with some water cook to a paste on small fire.
( the above is to help the fermentation)
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
Salt
Step 3
1 tbsp sugar
400ml santan. ( this depends on the tickness of your dough)
Extra santan (coconut milk) to eat with the appam.
After so many failure this is the 1st time I do perfect and come out very well.. Thank you for the recipe sisters 😍

I don't have measuring cup like yours so what cn i use. I love yr apam its look delicious.
Hi sis. In that case, you take any proper cup that you have at home and measure all the ing in d same cup. A bigger cup. If small cup mayb you double all the amount accordingly. That will do as well. My cup is actually condensed milk tin....after use i wash and keep for measuring 😃😃😃😃.
Hi sis. The paste is 1/4 cup only. Not 1 quarter cup like i say. I said it wrongly. Just realised it. Follow the recepi in d description box. Thats correct.

Just squeze some grated coconut with a little water. Sieve the coconut milk. Then add some sugar as per your taste. If you like can add a pinch of cardamom powder or crushed whole cardamom.

Just use a spatula and open one corner. Then just use ur hand and remove it. Depends on ur pan. Some will be difficult. Mine was non stick konjam easy but still use karandi one side and just pull with hand.

Hi sis. Soak it in the morning and grind it in the evening. Usually around 6 hours

Hi sis. The written resepi is in English in the description box. Method as shown in video. Please feel free to ask me more questions as of which part you din understand much. We need to soak the rice for few hours before blending. And after blending we have to ferment the batter overnight or at least for 12 hours minimum.
