Hi sister. Here in Malaysia we only hv one type of all purpose flour. So most of us here call it gothumei maavu. We seldom use the name maida. Even im always confuse about this. This is the same flour we use for cakes also.
@palanemah mariappan not self raising flour. This might be wheat flour like you said. No rising agent like baking powder added to this. Plain flour only
