I'm sure you've figured it out by now but for anyone else that stumbles on this video... you start in the center tile behind the pillar and run out two tiles west. This will make it so the back mob (ranger in this case) sees you 1 tick before the front mob (mager). So if I were solving this I would: 1. stand middle tile behind pillar 2. turn range pray on 3. run two tiles west 4. swap to mage pray the moment you see ranger's attack animation start 5. click to attack mager 6. swap back to range pray and be ready to do step #4 again You can also 1 tick alternate like you do with blobs after you've clicked to attack the mager since the attacks are coming at you 1 tick apart. This feels easier to me since I don't feel like I'm over-anticipating the switch to mage prayer. Things are even easier if the mage is in the back since you can just click the back monster and it will drag you two tiles west without you needing to get that attack click in at step #5 above. You could do that here with the ranger in back too but then you'll probably have to setup the cycle and kill the ranger twice when it gets respawned.
