Thanks buddy I do too but I’m starting to think it’s dealer support. I’m not sure the buy out will help them in the long run either but time will tell. As for now they make an excellent group of mowers.

Has a hustler, scag and bobcat dealer, I must say I prefer the seat suspension then the platform suspensions. The platform suspension I tried seemed more spring and less dampening. It seems like it would be a easy fix! A platform suspension with a suspension seat on top!
@americandream_89 Haven't seen the new cheetah model or heard about it for some reason, but we are in Canada so it might be a US exclusive! We see that with Hustler alot, we never got little EV base on the Dash platform and the X-ride is not available in Canada yet for some reason.
@americandream_89 we sell by far more Hustler , just cause of the fact that they have a wider range of machine that start at a lower tear. Last couple of years the Raptor XL was our biggest seller. This year how ever we seen a real surge of Bobcat sale due to there much lower prices. As for mower issues its a bit hard to tell cause last couple of years over half our ZT sales where Raptor x and xl. Those have ben pretty good part from battery and front wheel bearing. We haven't seen much issues from the other models. Mind you we started in 2020 with Hustler and we must have ruffly 150 machine out the doorwe started late 2022 with bobcat mower and late 2023 with Scag so we might have 15-20 bobcat out the door and around 5 Scag. Being in Canada our mowing season os mid May to mid September and being in a rural location with low population we do not get as many machine out the door as big US dealers. Also our main focus as a compagny is Bobcat tractors.
I think the longer wheelbase on the hyperdrive is similar to a truck with a longer wheelbase. The longer wheelbase will always ride better. The trick would be if a mower had a suspension platform plus a suspension seat such as the new scag cheetah. I think the biggest problem I see with the hustler is their prices are outrageous and the decks aren't that great. Also the bigger deck on the 66 will always disperse thick grass much better. When I bought my 72bscag cheetah everyone told me how it would scalp and how a 72 would never cut as good as a 61. I learned that my 72 cuts better than my 61 ever did. It will handle thicker grass so much better and also stripes better and disperses clippings better. My scag cheetah 72 38.5 kawasaki was 14,300.00 otd. The hyperdrive in a 66 being 17k to 20k is crazy.
The scag cheetah rides really well. I wish they would make one with 26” tires. I’ve got this x-ride for a bit so I’m planning to get others for cut test against it. So far in testing the hustler deck has outperformed everything. It’s also the most industrial built. But we will see on the 60” soon. When I checked two years back, I could get a hustler hyperdrive 66 inch cut for around 13,900. Haven’t checked lately but I plan to see what they have at GIE this year if nothing new catches my eye I plan to get a new hustler hyperdrive.
I did not see a video where you compared a scag 72 inch deck vs a hustler 66inch deck. The scag 72 inch deck is so much bigger length width wise and the chute is much bigger for much better grass dispersal. The scag also has an adjustable baffle that can be changed According to the seasons. I've also found that you can remove scag turbo baffle which is located near the chute and it will disperse clippings longer or leave turbo baffle in and the grass stays in deck longer for finer clippings. This year the cheetah also has suspension platform with suspension seat plus they are now available in 40hp. The 2 speed transaxle is also hard to beat for quick transport. Scag rates top speed at 17mph but I clocked mine on gps at 20mph.

@@Anderson-HandForged this is from a rep I work with ⬇️ So the VX is a high vacuum deck to maximize lift especially is sparse conditions…VX4 which is primarily used in Super Z, Hyperdrive and Diesel Z, is a high volume deck, has a larger front channel and larger discharge chute for better dispersal. This deck is meant for higher ground speed, moving quickly. You can adjust the inner baffles to tailor your cut, but I’ve never personally adjusted the baffles…I could see the VX giving a better cut, especially in dryer conditions like we are experiencing since June really.
I do and you are spot on. It takes tremendous effort to maintain anything over 2 acres. My yard front and back is 5.5 acres. In spring I mow at 4.75 at times I have to mow every 5-6 days especially if it rains like it is now. We have had rain almost every day for the past month.
