Neat to see that Kou got the feel of Nikke again. Hopefully, Trony will remain a keeper for you during future events and story content.
While you might not be a fan of the narutomaki, I am curious to taste it to see how the grounded fish used to make it will turn out. Sounds like it's something I can look forward to when I try freshly-prepared ramen for the first time.
