@@waynesmith6393 this was better... I mean if you have to stop at the store already, then picking up the dough is easier(my local grocery store sells fresh bags of pizza dough) but if you're at home and are trying to figure out what to eat, it definitely makes things easy. And delicious.

Just made this and it was amazing! Mix everything then rise for 30 mins, so easy and fast! I just put the dough in a glass bowl with cling wrap and sat it outside in the sun. I then cooked it on a pizza stone on the bbq and it was done in no time and so good. Every recipe I've tried from this lovely lady has been amazing! Thank you!
I have 0 experience in the kitchen since I still live with my mom she does all the cooking, but I have decided to learn how to cook and I looked at a lot of recipes but most of them seemed either too complicated for a newbie like me or the ingredients were for 3-4 pizzas and I didn't want to take the time to calculate the measurements for only 1 pizza. It turned out so great, I really loved it, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten and oh boy let me tell you I have had plenty of pizzas all around the world. I basically doubled the recipe and added Italian seasoning and onion powder and garlic salt to the dough and it turned out perfectly also used it for the garlic knots great work loved it all

This recipe turned out great! It was the perfect taste and texture for dough, in my opinion. I used a pizza stone instead of the parchment lined pan but followed recipe to the T other than that. I recommend this to my friends who are scared to try making their own dough... Thanks so much for sharing!

I didn't follow your recipe exactly. I added the yeast to the water first, then I added the sugar, salt and olive oil. Then I added in the flour. I think it turned out the same as if I had followed the recipe to the T. Next time I will do it the way you demonstrated to see if there is a difference. Honestly I was in a pinch tonight as I couldn't find my go-to recipe for pizza dough. Then I found yours and loved that you only used around 2 cups of flour! It was the perfect amount of dough and cooked up perfectly. I even used my instant pot to proof the dough. Thanks so much for the great recipe!

Sam I bought a couple of UnGlazed Tiles at Lowes, I have baked on them & they work as good or as better than an expensive regular Pizza Stone, Thing is they must be put into the cold oven, & Set to 475- 500 Degrees, For one Houre before baking on them, They give Bread, Pizza's or any Dough, A great Crust etc

6 years ago, but I'm gonna have to try this. I made a pizza today with a premade mix that just added water but this is almost the same but you mix the dry first. Mine was great but this looks even tastier 😊. Can't wait to try it out.
I used this recipe tonight! The modifications I made were: proof active dry yeast for 10min in 105 degree water before mixing in the flour, etc. and used a tablespoon of honey instead of sugar. I needed to cook for about 18min. Will make again but add more salt.
Hi, Thank you so much for this easy recipe! I used it to bake calzone! It was incredible 😍😍😍 very delicious! The only thing that I recommend from my point of view is the amount of salt! If you have a problem with salt (you cannot eat salty food), you can decrease the amount. Otherwise, the whole recipe was great 👍👍👍 Thanks for sharing 😍😍😍
This is a great beginner pizza dough recipe. If you let the dough rest in your refrigerator for one to three days, the crust will be chewier and taste more like what you get from pizzerias. Nice work!!!
Very neat tip to poke holes with a fork to avoid bubbles, never saw that before! Great video. The only thing I'd change would be to preheat a pizza stone, so that the bottom of the pizza is nice and crispy :) I don't currently have a pizza paddle but may get one in the near future so I can do this!

This is the second pizza dough recipe I tried and I love it! It was so easy to make, my husband was impressed. I love it that it uses less flour than other recipes so it won't turn out dry. This one turns out fluffy and tender inside. I did add more sugar and more salt (1T , 1t) that I saw in another recipe but it probably didn't make much difference. I used the parchment paper but regretted it; my crust only began to brown on the bottom once I removed the parchment paper. Next time NO parchment paper at all. Instead, I'll place the raw pizza dough onto a floured pizza pan. It also took longer than 20 min to cook. Next time I'll try 450F to see if it browns faster. Thanks for teaching me how to make pizza at home! I'm so happy! Now I just need to find a really delicious store bought pizza sauce (anybody has any suggestions, by the way?).
Here’s a tip : preheat your pizza pan on the oven so that It’s hot when you put the dough on it, that way the bottom browns at the same speed as the top.

This was an incredible recipe! I tried another pizza dough recipe and it just didn't compare and we had to go back to finding and using this recipe! I used your pizza dough recipe for a fruit dessert pizza. I must say that this is by far, hands down the best pizza dough recipe I have tried and I have tried lots of different ones. The only yeast I could find when the pandemic hit was instant yeast and I only use instant yeast now. It is such a game changer.
Well now! This was my first homemade pizza. So why not make it a challenge? My wife has adopted a vegan diet, and I have had problems finding things I can cook for her. I’M NOT A COOK! But I followed your recipe, and video. I made your sauce. And used vegan mozzarella shreds, spinach, asparagus, red & yellow bell peppers, and green & red onion . My wife and her mom LOVED IT! Sam I bought a couple of UnGlazed Tiles at Lowes, I have baked on them & they work as good or as better than an expensive regular Pizza Stone, Thing is they must be put into the cold oven, & Set to 475- 500 Degrees, For one Houre before baking on them, They give Bread, Pizza's or any Dough, A great Crust etc

6 years ago, but I'm gonna have to try this. I made a pizza today with a premade mix that just added water but this is almost the same but you mix the dry first. Mine was great but this looks even tastier 😊. Can't wait to try it out.

I used this recipe tonight! The modifications I made were: proof active dry yeast for 10min in 105 degree water before mixing in the flour, etc. and used a tablespoon of honey instead of sugar. I needed to cook for about 18min. Will make again but add more salt.

The only thing that I recommend from my point of view is the amount of salt! If you have a problem with salt (you cannot eat salty food), you can decrease the amount. Otherwise, the whole recipe was great 👍👍👍

This is a great beginner pizza dough recipe. If you let the dough rest in your refrigerator for one to three days, the crust will be chewier and taste more like what you get from pizzerias. Nice work!!!

Very neat tip to poke holes with a fork to avoid bubbles, never saw that before! Great video. The only thing I'd change would be to preheat a pizza stone, so that the bottom of the pizza is nice and crispy :) I don't currently have a pizza paddle but may get one in the near future so I can do this!

This is the second pizza dough recipe I tried and I love it! It was so easy to make, my husband was impressed. I love it that it uses less flour than other recipes so it won't turn out dry. This one turns out fluffy and tender inside. I did add more sugar and more salt (1T , 1t) that I saw in another recipe but it probably didn't make much difference. I used the parchment paper but regretted it; my crust only began to brown on the bottom once I removed the parchment paper. Next time NO parchment paper at all. Instead, I'll place the raw pizza dough onto a floured pizza pan. It also took longer than 20 min to cook. Next time I'll try 450F to see if it browns faster. Thanks for teaching me how to make pizza at home! I'm so happy!
Now I just need to find a really delicious store bought pizza sauce (anybody has any suggestions, by the way?).

Here’s a tip : preheat your pizza pan on the oven so that It’s hot when you put the dough on it, that way the bottom browns at the same speed as the top.

I have tried so many other pizza doughs with much disappointment in texture. I made your recipe with bread flour and adding yeast to water first. Wonderful!! I think the secret for me is to us bread dough. Did not disappoint!

Honestly phenomenal recipe and instructions. Extremely clear and has turned out multiple times really *really* well (though I do use a bit more flour on top of the extra already recommended but different countries different flour[s] I suppose!).

This was an incredible recipe! I tried another pizza dough recipe and it just didn't compare and we had to go back to finding and using this recipe! No more store bought pizza or take away pizza when putting in a little effort and making dough and pizza from scratch is 1000 times better! Thank you so much for this recipe! I used your pizza dough recipe for a fruit dessert pizza. I must say that this is by far, hands down the best pizza dough recipe I have tried and I have tried lots of different ones. The only yeast I could find when the pandemic hit was instant yeast and I only use instant yeast now. It is such a game changer.

But I followed your recipe, and video. I made your sauce. And used vegan mozzarella shreds, spinach, asparagus, red & yellow bell peppers, and green & red onion .
My wife and her mom LOVED IT!

I baked my 1st hawaiian pizza today with this dough recipe and it was omg, awesomely delicious! Will definitely bake my own pizza from now on! not oily and I used bread floru, the crust is sooo chewy and yummy!! Thumbs up for an awesome no fuss pizza dough!
