Learning about HSP has greatly helped in understanding myself and what I need to thrive. I obviously notice I need more recharging time than my extroverted husband. I’ve been more ok with missing events I don’t really want to attend, or even checking out early. But what I notice the real struggle is feeling guilty about it and also wishing my husband would leave early with me. But I think that comes from feeling like I don’t want to solely look like the bad guy. It’s forever an ongoing growth but learning about this trait I have has tremendously helped make so many things make sense and feel better overall! (Side note; I’m a Enneagram 6w5)

I LOVE the editing in this video! Plus, It'd be cool to hear more from you about attachment styles- if you wanted to speak about it that is.

I just broke up with a highly sensitive person, everything was great until she had to move far from me for work purpose.
Afterl she moved away, she was not the same.. no messages, distant, and every discussions felt like forced on her side. I learnt yesterday she restarted a therapy she stopped and that my support messages brought nothing but more pressure on her shoulder...

Sensitive as in everything deeply bothers them emotionally like mental illness or sensitive as in they have a higher perception of hearing, touch, sight, ect? If it's the first one which it's looking like you're describing it's mental illness and people experiencing extremely overwhelming emotions towards everything should seek therapy as this is unhealthy.
