Goodness....who are you working with?....so professional......I've ate that before and this voice in my head kept saying "fenugrick, fenugrick" like an accent from another country was talking to me....Never did get into it enough to figure out the health benefits....

Another thing I'm wondering... I've seen experts use knives to harvest, and then other people using scissors. I suppose it's a matter of preference. Seems like you would need a special kind of high-end knife to get the sharpness necessary to cut these delicate plants. What do you recommend?

I've seen other videos say you can harvest Fenugreek 3 to 5 times throughout the year (growing outdoors) but then I see other videos that just compost the tray after harvesting. I'm just a noob trying to understand the logic and the pros and cons behind this kind of "assembly line" thinking. Maybe it's faster to grow from seed, or is it just not feasible to regrow a tray like this? Does my question make sense? LOL.
