Im guessing your recruits will be survivors coming in through the gauntlet of the zombies. Thats going to be rough unless you can build tunnels outward in areas they might appear in to give them the fastest possible chance of protection.

Is there a way to turn off infighting among your pawns? I kind of don't like how randomly stupid stuff happens where they decide to fight with no reason. Sometimes even when needs are being met.

Yup it took me at least a few hours of careful tuning and searching to get it right. If you want the ruins to be abandoned use the slider that RealRuins has so they're not all owned.
It has been a while since I played RW what is the differencen between the Mod list an the scenario? If i sub to the scenario what does that do? Also can I add my other QOL mods to your list assuming there are no conflicts?
The scenario is what controls the starting conditions and what events can be triggered, the mods is what adds in stuff like zombies and plumbing. You can absolutely add any mods to the mod list provided there aren't conflicts
I wonder about your initial building site. It was off to the side and you had a complete structure right above your landing site with a nearby solar panel. You must see the other site as more defensive.

A huge part of the challenge of this series is resource scarcity, partly due to limited hauling capacity. Adding mods to 'fix' that is dumbing down the challenge, and I'm not dumb.
I wonder why you chose to build northern part of external wall from scrach instead of utilizing existing walls and just patching the holes? I guess it is to have clear lines of sight to shoot special zombies? For me it seems safer to complete any wall and later bulding proper one.
It actually takes longer to repair a very damaged wall back up to full health than it does building from scratch, significantly longer in fact. I am pressed for time, so I went with the faster option. It also helps that the materials I am using are stronger too.
