@@Rhadamant oh yeah, the mods are definitely pulling through in helping the theme and story going. Somehow I'm finding the simplicity of not having to deal with ideologies and other bits refreshing. Makes it all seem a bit more visceral.
Whew. Talk about a PSA for clearing the map of zeds between high threat days. They repopulate the map quick. Adding that many, on top of the current level, would get ugly fast. Bad Hygeine requires so much steel on the initial investment, even if you make the piping out of wood or blocks. Love that mod, but it is so resource intensive when you first set things up.
I don't know if it's been addressed or not but the embarrassed debuff can occur if your pawn ever has line of sight through the door. So even if the door is in the process of closing the debuff may occur if another pawn is in your field of view while using the restroom. My fix has always been to either make the toilet room an L shape to hide the toilet or in the case of your bathroom I would just offset the latrine one square left or possibly rotate it so that the door is no longer a direct sight path into the main area. Mind you I'm only speaking from personal experience but I've logged a few hundred hours at least using Dub's Hygiene so I'm fairly sure that's what the issue is.
Went to go visit family, I became a grandma a few weeks ago and we've been burning up the roads going back and forth. All worth it though, we are thrilled with baby girl! Got to watch tonight, it's all going pretty good, I think you have random joins disabled, but will you still get rescue calls? I suppose you need coms, and I guess there are other survivors you can contact? All will be revealed as I watch, that's just what I was wondering, how you would get any new members. Thanks for sharing the fun!
put some chairs(ideally armchairs onto the bridges from where you shoot the zombies.(The colonist will stay happy for a longer time shooting= more dead zombies)
Those lower threat times sure do have a high threat. Are the zombie thumpers like worm thumpers in Dune??? I can see one of those on a raft just barely on the west side of the lake being a nice zombie draw. Run that dock almost all the way across and place a thumper with a power switch and pile up the bodies.

Feels like the biggest antagonist in this map currently are the lightning strikes that put infrastructure and resources ablaze.
Oh I know! But there's ruins EVERYWHERE so there's that at least =]
I find it fairly amusing that in a zombie series one of colonists is named Redfield

They do repopulate very quickly, you're not wrong about that =]
Initially it's a little expensive sure, but in the long run it's *well* worth it, compared to other buildables it's rather cheap on materials

The thumbers attract zombies, but also destroy everything around them in the process including cables that power them up
