    Btw to everyone doing this instead of using rice glutinous flour u can use normal flour and starch together!
    I tried it and it works!!
    Top tip: sift in the flour and starch so it doesn’t become all lumpy

    I think mine turned out well...I'll know soon enough, but it tastes good! Nice texture... I used regular flour and cornstarch because it's all I had. I also had to use an iron frying pan... But it really does come off easily! Probably since there's no oils. Thanks!! Oh, and I used dark cocoa powder with cinnamon and sugar for my topping...mmmm...

    The rice flour makes it chewy, this is similar to mochi. Sometimes it could be sticky. Coconut milk would taste good, too. But it’s just more unhealthy.

      @@yavi3735 it didn’t work for me since I used all pourpose flour, I didn’t have rice flour so I just thought it would work- it was not good but instead I made churros but in shapes of balls. They were tasty

      Hi!Glutinous flour makes it chewy. But some says that it also works using just flour/ rice flour instead of using glutinous. i hope it helps.😊

      Recipe:
      8g= 1tbsp.
      20g (2 1/2 tbsp.) Glutinous Rice flour
      40g (5tbsp.) Cornstarch
      3tbsp. Sugar
      200ml Milk
      Cocoa powder fo dusting

      Yes,just grease the pan with a little bit of oil to prevent the rice cake stick from the pan. I hope it helps.😊
