    When i do green i just do yellow and blue. Add blue to make it darker and yellow to make it lighter. Also red is very hard.

    Hii!! Thank you so much for a great video. I have a question, when I color my Chantilly to deep colors, it tends to bleed into the background. For example, when making a design on a white chantilly base, it looks great at first, but as time passes, the black lines start spreading into the white background leaving a purpleish reddish line. Do you know why this might be happening? Thank you

      Hi! Unfortunately that just tends to happen with more intense colors. Not really anything you can do about it except add darker details at the very last minute to minimize it.

    Can you add some cream of tar tar to not over mix?

    • @eva_enns_17
      @eva_enns_17  2 роки тому +2

      I don't think it would help with the overmixing but I do think it would stabilize your cream.

    Is it possible if i use everwhip non dairy? I will make 50 pcs rose , im afraid it may get soft and not finish it all

    If I add colors to my WC in separate bowl and whisk them the way you are, I will end up with curdled whipped cream frosting.
    How come nothing happens to your frosting?

    hi, does it have to be non diary whipped cream? Or can use the dairy also?

    • @eva_enns_17
      @eva_enns_17  2 роки тому +2

      Hi! The same coloring techniques will work for dairy cream too. You will just need to stabilize it to decorate a cake.

    Can you tell me whenever I add color to whip cream why it turns watery or curdled? I only add powder or gel color in small amount but as soon as I add it in piping bag its liquid

      Eva, Please reply to this. This is a situation faced by me too

    • @Canadian_adventure
      @Canadian_adventure 2 роки тому +4

      @@CP-zv5hw so I worked with different techniques and the best one is that when you whip cream never do it on fast mode. It should be medium at start and in the end when it's coming to soft peaks make it slow. Then never whip the cream to the soft peaks in which you have to add color. Always leave it a bit liquidy then when you add color whip it with hands and then when you put it in icing bag try to wear gloves so that your hands heat doesn't effect icing. And you can always put colored icing with piping bag in freezer for just 5 min before use. Another thing is always make sure piping bag or nozzle is dry fully dry. And when you add color and you see it's melting and curdle then add more cream in it and beat it it will be fine

    I'm disappointed that what you're using is not whipped cream but you call it whipped cream. I haven't been able to find if dairy whipped cream can be colored. Do you know if regular dairy whipped cream can be colored? And if so, please share how and with what type of color, like gel or food color?

    I find that too much colour changes the taste of the whipped cream.. Is this youre observation also... What is the solution

    • @eva_enns_17
      @eva_enns_17  2 роки тому +1

      You need a good quality food coloring. Usually that will solve the problem of the whipped cream getting a bitter taste.
