FINALLY... I found the most PERFECT Video on this subject... EXCELLENT VIDEO.... Simple to the Point and very well made. Thank YOU so much for sharing this great video... Have a BLESSED DAY.
So smart! I wondered why the messy hassle of removing mirror backing and then all the steps to clean and re mirror! Love the easy and much cleaner process. Looks fabulous!
This is AMAZING! One could use a picture frame with glass, and make a one piece mirror too. It won´t have this beautiful effect, but it would still look good.
Inspiring! I'm thinking bigger scale, on the wall behind my tall headboard. Make that wall a feature wall, using rectangular smoked mirrors, tiled to the wall. Have to discuss incorporating maybe wood slates on either side with my handyman BF.
These are INCREDIBLE ! “Thank you” for showing how you did the process for making the glass a mirror. Much better SEEING the process than reading it 👍💕💕💕💕💕 Gorgeous !!!
What a great video! Your instructions are so clear that the project feels approachable. Made me think I can really do this. Your soothing voice had a lot to do with it. Thnaks!!
I have researched videos on this type of project and yours is the best one I found. I like the fact that you used black spray paint instead of the craft paint as it gives a smoother, less in your face surface. Thank you!!
Amazing job! I really enjoyed hearing about the process and the exact measurements/materials you used. I’m looking forward to creating this one day. Keep up the great content !
Thank you for this - very helpful. Is it possible to make this without internal frame like old multi paneled mirror that seem to sit side by side and/or on top of each other within a larger frame?
Awesome job! I am shocked that you don't have more thumbs up! I certainly don't need another mirror but l am making this,in fact if l am well enough l will make some for Christmas gifts! Thank you,now l am going to watch some more of your video's!
Fabulous mirrors - loved your straight and to the point presentation. Would it work to paint the frame pieces before putting it all together, and touching up any nicks afterwards? Thank you so much for sharing your incredibly creative ideas!
A lot of people prefer to paint before assembly, and that is perfectly fine. Just avoid painting the areas that will receive glue and you will be golden.
Yes. You could easily extend the length of the MDF and add 6 more panes. That would give you slightly over a 6' length mirror. If leaning it against the wall, you would need to add a safety strap to the top back just like you would with any piece of heavy furniture.
Oh, it looks so easy to do!! Thank you so much! It would be just amazing if you could write the steps, just what you used. I can’t get exactly what you say as it’s not my native language. I would appreciate it😍
You will be able to tell where the silver is distressed. It will have a very golden antiqued effect. Most true antiqued mirrors look black in those areas with a touch of gold because of the patina, but the backsides are typically black. But there's nothing saying you can't do it that way if you like that effect. 🙂
Every time I think I'm a good renovateur I see some woman that's probably a lawyer for her full-time job and I realize I don't know anything and I'm an idiot and I have an IQ of 70. 😔
I have been recovering from a shoulder injury, an encapsulated shoulder to be exact. Couldn't move my right arm at all for almost 6 months, but after treatment and months of therapy, I am back to almost 100%. I haven't forgotten all the wonderful folks here.🙂 I am working on editing a video as we speak.

Sure, it's all in how you want it to look. Just be strategic with your adhesive placement. i.e small amounts in inconspicuous spots.

@@Queenbeeofhoneydos Thank you!
Would it be possible to make a large floor mirror with these?
Yes. You could easily extend the length of the MDF and add 6 more panes. That would give you slightly over a 6' length mirror. If leaning it against the wall, you would need to add a safety strap to the top back just like you would with any piece of heavy furniture.
❤❤❤❤
What brand is the black magic paint and where did you purchase it
Black Magic from Sherwin Williams
Oh, it looks so easy to do!! Thank you so much!
It would be just amazing if you could write the steps, just what you used.
I can’t get exactly what you say as it’s not my native language. I would appreciate it😍
Thank you! I have updated the description to include the link to the text version on my website.
If the black background is gold instead, can you tell from the front?

Why did you stop making these videos? If you had recorded during the pandemic, you'd be bigger than M Stewart pre prison by now! 😏
