- Hey yall! My name is Jasmine and I am currently a sophomore at UNC Charlotte! I wanted to create this video so the incoming freshmen could get a few tips in order for them to feel a little better at transitioning from high school into college! I really hope this video helps yall :D

Hi Jasmine, I just got accepted into UNC Charlotte. I don’t live in North Carolina and was concerned because I am seeing some reviews that this college is a commuter school. I don’t want to go here if there isn’t much campus life on the weekends. What are your thoughts? Does it get dead on the weekends?

UNCC 1995. stay focused. be ready for the most challenging, difficult hard things you have ever done. stay focused. calculus is nothing, lol. linear equations. fourier or laplace therums. spell correctly.

Im a junior in high school and I really wanna go to UNC Charlotte can you give tips on how you got in
I'm a senior who will be attending UNC Charlotte next year. I can give you ideas of what they are looking for from my experience. First of all GPA matters but not by much, mine was a 3.96 but I had a friend who had a 4.0 and still got denied. I realized that she had the grades but she didn't do any after school activities and I was involved in at least 3 clubs, I also did internships and had a job. Also try to come up with a good personal essay, that might really help. Mine was about moving from my home country to America and the lessons I learned and the things I experienced. By the way I had below average or average SAT and ACT so I believe all the activities I was involved in, is what got me accepted not only to UNC Charlotte but Chapel Hill as well. I hope that helps.

Hey I was actually researching UNCC recently and wondering how hard it is to get in. I am actually from Boston, but really like the school. My gpa is about a 4.1/4.5 (3.6/4). I am not very good at the SATs however, my PSAT score was around a 1010. I also am taking all honors and an AP class. Just wondering if you think I’d get accepted.
My SAT was 1080 and my GPA 4.0 and I got in so I think you'll get in just make sure you have some extra curriculars too!

fried rice what kind of extracurriculars did u have? also were u out of state or in state?
@@rena9651 I was in-state and my extracurriculars were Army JROTC, Softball, and NHS. Anything with structure and leadership opportunities will get you a good shot at getting in.
