I am from the East Coast of NC. I got accepted to UNCC for mechanical engineering! I’ve been looking online for tour videos and this is by far the best one yet. Super excited and just can’t wait to be there in the fall!
Great tour. Congrats on graduating! UNCC Class of 2016, myself. I was a Levine Scholar, but back then we lived in Witherspoon like you. Lots of great memories. Can't wait to see UNCC continue to grow.
This is my dream school!! I want to go here more than anything! I visited in March and we didn’t get to see nearly as much as you showed. thank you so much this video was amazing and definitely made me love this school even more!
TBH it was my dream school too! Wishing you all the luck so you can go! I remember loving it when I toured, but they definitely don't do the entire campus justice with what they show you. Thanks for watching (-:

Thank you for such an awesome tour! My son is a first-year student at UNCC and he lives in Belk Hall. We've been on campus several times but didn't get to see all of this!

Amazing videoand i really appreciate the effort put into the making of this video. My younger sibling is a prospective student and I'm extremely delighted that he's going to join such an amazing College 😌
It’s beautiful. I love it! There’s not really a right way to make friends but the biggest thing is putting yourself out there and not staying in the dorm all the time. Go join clubs, rec teams, organizations, events; whatever you’re into or seem like it’ll be fun, go do that and you’ll meet people that like the same things! Good luck (-:
Just got into UNCC, so this video is perfect! However, I’ve been a little worried because I’ve been hearing some things about campus “being dead on weekends” or there not being a party scene. Was wondering if you could share your experience with that? Thanks!
It was widely considered a commuter school when I went from 2017-2021 and even then you could always find something to do on the weekends whether it was campus events or parties on/off campus. And I'm sure with more and more students attending every year and them staying on campus, it couldn't have gotten worse. Just make sure you meet lots of people and you'll be good !
I was a work and travel j1 student. i came from jordan middle east in 2019 on a 4 month summer program in outer banks North carolina , when i finished and i was going home my flight was cancelled and they gave me a new route to Charlotte , when i arrived at charlotte my next flight was cancelled also 😅 but hopefully i have a relative living in charlotte and i stayed for only one day in charlotte so i was telling him that i want to come back and study a master degree in accounting major in usa ,he told me we have a great university here in charlotte if you want to study ,but i didn't have much time to see unc ,also i liked charlotte it was a beautiful city ,so since i came back i watched every video of unc ,read every thing about it and it is actually my dream to come back and study in unc one day 🙏❤, thank you so much for the great video my friend i hope you talk more about unc
Is this still a commuter school? And any idea about how the CS program here is? And thanks for the video, man! I really want to get into this school now!
I’m not sure about in the past, but in my four years here, there are now a lot of students who choose to stay live in dorms on campus because of how nice the options are. That’s not to say people don’t commute because a good amount still do! If you’re asking about computer science, I can’t go into specifics because it wasn’t my major, but I had a lot of friends go through that program and really liked it! Thanks for checking out my video. Hope you get in 🤝
