Noah was absolutely gorgeous. And some mongrels did that to him, and f@%ked off. Left him on the side of the road like road kill. Just disgraceful. But I also wanted you to Also seel that this was clearly not an accident because everything that I have said about murder has been finally confirmed by the autopsy report that was released on Saturday to the press and all of the TV reporters by the Medical Examiner's Office and the Police Department and then the reporters released it to the public !!!! And let me tell you that it was a beating, but not just a beating but more like a Lynching which is what was done to black people in the old days to like send a message to all of the black people back then!!!! It was a murder in the extreme on the highest level!!!? That autopsy report read like something out of a horror movie but it was real!!!!

@@williamvictorian1756 Well, if Noah and his friend were having sex in the bushes and some of the party goers caught them in the act. And Noah's friend ran away but Noah got beat up. That might explain Noah not having any clothing on. I don't know if that town is homophobic or not. I thought someone said that his rectum had been injured some way. I'm not sure if I understood his comment exactlly.
He had no alcohol or drugs in his system according to the autopsy. So obviously he was murdered and jealousy was a very big part of this murder. This was rage and overkill and was very well planned. This kid was invited to that party to get murdered.

I really hope the police are just saying publicly that they’re not investigating this as a murder to throw off the killers and not because they really believe this wasn’t a murder!! Someone doesn’t give their selves blunt force trauma 4x walk down a road desolate road knock out a tooth drag themselves naked on the road then curl up on the roadside and pass away!! Kids drinking and partying 4 days is a dangerous situation, especially if there’s a conflict. Teens aren’t mentally stable enough to handle consuming alcohol/drugs in unlimited quantities for days, especially w no adult supervision. A disagreement between friends that would usually end in someone going home pissed ended in death this time. I know from personal experience that a nice kid who’s funny kind and has a good amount of friends can turn deadly after drinking and getting into an argument!! They were 2 totally different ppl and it was a shocking experience to watch them change into someone completely different. I also know the pain of having your child killed by someone they thought was a friend,my ❤ & 🙏 go to that family their lives are changed forever by a pain that never heals ends or goes away
"Murder" is a very specific legal charge, with very definite criteria. They're investigating, and when complete they will charge with whatever the DA thinks they can successfully prosecute.

Yeah, they said they weren't investigating this as a homicide. This could have been an accident but where were all those kids when this happened.
How did he get out there on that stretch of highway? Alone. No car. No clothes. Did he walk? Was he left there by someone? If it wasn't fowl play, it could be an accidental homicide which is still a crime.. especially if it's unreported and covered up or witnesses are misleading investigators

Young guys , especially teenagers are capable of great violence towards each other especially when alcohol & drugs are introduced into the mix of things!!! Right now inthe state of Arizona the police are working on a very similar case in which in this particular case ; all 7 of the teenage boys have been caught for doing the exact thing to other young guys at different parties that were going on!!!!

Whoever did this your day is coming. You killed a innocent young man with everything to live for. His life was just beginning and you took that away from him. I wonder with the pants folded someone felt remorse. This is so much a murder. He could have been hit by something on the highway but he was already dead. The head wounds tells me he was hit with something. Sounds like this party got out of control and something happened. They said he had no alcohol or drugs in his system. The tooth thing is what i can't understand and the pants folded and him not having his pants on is just craxy. This is one of the strangest things I've seen about this young mans death. Don't worry Noah, there will be justice. If anyone knows anything about this please call the police. Someone knows what really happened.
This is absolutely heartbreaking that he had no alcohol or drugs in his system. He was obviously a great kid who was hated for that very same reason and cause he was too good looking and Jealousy was roaming this poor kid 😭

He got into an argument with his girlfriend, then was punched in the face by the girlfriend Ms male friend … at the scene he only had one of his shoes, the other belonged to the girlfriends male friend 😳
His family said he didn't have a GF anymore. The ex GF mom spoke out and said her daughter wasn't at the party. The family doesn't understand why they are saying this.

This is so awful! It is so definitely a murder. I'm devastated for this poor boy and his family. All you have to do is read the autopsy report and it's obvious he was beaten to death. Subpoena everyone one of those people at that party to find out the truth. They were all drunk but someone knows and it's a travesty to not give this boy justice and his family. His death is not" undetermined"!!! It was murder by drunken fools! Do it right !

R.I.P to the youngin. Let this be a lesson to all you youngins out here doing foolish things to try and be cool or go thrill-seeking. When your stunt ends your life, you parents are lost without a clue to what you were thinking or if you were murdered. Everyone assumes he was murdered because of the injuries to him, but IF he was "car surfing", that definitely explains his injuries. It's not like the movies where you can break your fall by rolling and get up and walk away. His head was probably busted open by the fall off the car, plus teeth got knocked out the same way. Of course none of his friends who were in the car that he was surfing on, are going to tell, because they could be charged. So many stories out now. He was naked, he was half-naked, he had no shoes on, he had mix-mated shoes on. His shorts were folded next to his body. I can understand the theories, but talk to an actual forensics person about what happens when a body falls from a moving vehicle to the pavement at just 30mph. I think they were drinking or popping pills, somebody had the idea to car surf because they've done it before. He took the bait thinking since he's such a fit and active youngin, he could do it. Sadly it cost him his life and his parents have to live in anguish.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Drunk kids at a party, something got out of hand. Group of guys beat him up. Intoxicated, fueled by anger and with adrenaline rushing, they couldn't stop, hence the appalling state of Noahs body. Kids there know something. Sone are terrified and keeping quiet. Through continuous investigation police will uncover more and more. They will get to and arrest the guilty parties.

What was Noah's blood alcohol? I think he walked off from the party and he was hit by a car and tried to crawl up the highway, stood up, and /or was on his knees and was hit again by another car and that was caused the injury to the back of his head
Then … after all that… he folded his pants, laid down in the fetal position, and pulled a tarp over top himself. Wait! We’re did he get the tarp?
They said already it’s not the sort of injuries from a car he had no injuries to his lower body at all and the head trauma were separate blows.
I@carlalakins I am not agreeing with this person at all but the police put the tarp on him. The brother got there after the police so that's why he keeps mentioning the tarp, because that's what HE saw.
