How did you remove the back lenses housing? The only slots I could find was the for the retention ring for one of the lens. Using rubber tool only rotates the lens and not the housing.
For the rear lens I twisted and removed only the first piece of glass. Now the larger part and other piece of glass is still inside the camera. How do I twist out the larger piece? In your video you were able to get get everything to come out as one piece
@@FotofixVintageCameras What I did instead is remove the front lens, put the camera in bulb mode and held the shutter button down so that the blades opened and I could clean the rear element :)

Hi, try to put it back using a little of thread locker, wait until dry and then try to remove the all group...

I have an Olympus 35 SP. The front name plate was glued on. It took me a while realised why I could not unscrew it.
Did you have only one notch at the bottom?
I have only one notch - probably also glued
What is the liquic you use to clean the lens? 99% Alcohol?
