Cracking location Liam, 👌, cant beat a bacon sandwich, must admit my coyote brown version of your bag is playing second fiddle to my poole bay bushcraft haversack at the moment, will have to go out with the helikon-tex bag, I too keep my knife and laplander saw in each closed end pocket, the bottle pouchs are brilliant at each end, will have to do a video on my one, lovely video, good health and safe travels my friend, cheers craig 🙏 🌿
Thanks buddy! I had a real nice time up there, it was nice to see a different spot. Glad you're loving the haversack too, I'd love to see the coyote brown so definitely would love to see a video of it! 😉 Stay safe mate 🙏🔥🙌
Liam, your vids just get better and better Sir! Glad the bands are doing a job for you. The band material is Snipersling 0.6 Black cut at 20/12 taper 👍
Thanks so much Tim, that means an awful lot to me. The bands are superb, best I've used mate. Really appreciate you suppling the info on them and also making them for myself and Tom 🙏🙌
Just discovered you and Tom through the Wodesmen podcast and have to say I’m loving your guys’ content and am itching to go overnight somewhere soon! Very inspiring content, keep up the great work!
Thanks so much Christian. I'm glad you've been enjoying the podcast and out channels, keep us posted if you do go out. We'd love to hear how it goes :) 🔥🙌
I think your vids are awesome man, very Tolkien esq, the shots above the trees etc. effortlessly chilled content. Very nice indeed, good sir. Wishing you all the best for future endeavours. 😎👍
That video was really well filmed. Lovely to watch.good review on the bag.i havnt used my catapult in years so after watching this I'm going to dig it out.thanks for sharing that liam👊🐾🦌🥓🥓🔪ps when you threw down the stove n instant stove.coool
Thanks Danny! Really appreciate that, defo get the slingshot out it's so much fun and simple to carry around! Haha glad you liked the stove touch bro 🙌
Nice honest video, plus bacon in the woods…. Only a thought as what do I know but 10mm ammo better for catapult hunting as is harder hitting so more chance a kill rather than a wound, and that’s why I use it. Before I am ripped to shreds on here it is what I was told 30 plus years ago and if I am wrong listening cost nothing….
Hi..new friend here, very informative camping and bushcraft idea. Nice breakfast cooking, very good video presentation and I just subscribe your wonderful outdoors video my friend. Have a nice day 🤝👍😊
I enjoy making catapults. When you get it right it's great. Although more often than not I damage the wood which renders it unusuable. Hope the MRE is tasty? I've got a US army one I bought just before Christmas which I'll be taking out soon. Never tried one before so I'm somewhat apprehensive!
Thanks dude, this is my first one that I've managed to get working well haha, just hit the frame so we'll see how long it lasts 🤣. I haven't had the main MRR yet but will be doing a solo camp with one soon, I've enjoyed the bits I've tried so far though :)
“Duff” - never heard the woodland floor referred to as that before so cheers for the new terminology. Great video of what must have been a cracking time in the woods.
Haha I have to thank @Joe Robinet for helping me out with that name! Its a great term for the pine needle/semi decomposed layer we find in woodlands that can be flammable. I had a great time, thanks for watching 🙏
Good for the soul to be out in a woodland environment Liam. I've been using an old military gas mask bag for year's, not quite as large as the Helicontex but it does exactly the same job for only 10 pounds, anything with the name Bushcraft in it nowadays seems to be extremely expensive for what it is, people are very greedy for bigger profits, common sense should be key to everything for the consumer, people should buy with their head's not their eye's. All the best to you and your partner mate.
Good shout! I like using older gear if possible and have a bit of a collection at home but this seemed too good to pass and I'm really enjoying it. Albeit just a bag like you say. Thanks so much for watching mate! Stay safe :)
Thanks so much bro! It's a really nice Satchel, quickly became a favourite of mine and that's not due to kindly being sent it by helikon tex, it's genuinely great! Appreciate the words about the slingshot, first one I've made that works well haha!
@@PrimalNomad 100% dude! I used to have a slingshot when I was a kid, running around in the woods etc 😆 love the drone shots Liam! Think that’s something that makes the videos unique 👊🏻

Hey! I haven't changed it completely I just have been using other knives. The lars falt knife is also meant to be very good with a different handle, the Woodsman is a good smaller, durable blade and very useful.
@@PrimalNomad Thanks for the reply and the answer. My hands are small and I was considering smaller knife but I'm not sure if Woodsman's blade is long enough for batoning. Good to hear that you are still using it. Means the knife is good enough.

@@PrimalNomad It does look like a good bag mate, it's just the price their asking for what it is.
That's fair! I think it's actually a bit cheaper in £'s but still a good point if another bag can do the same :)
Epic chilled vid Liam 😊 the bag looks amazing mate 👌

Save on your catapult ammo practice with mint imperials the ball type and better for enviroment to
