I agree that the toyo mt is the BEST looking tire. It’s worth the small amount of noise. BUT, the ridge grappler is so quiet, it’s impressive. I switched to a 37x13.50-17 Nitto Ridge Grappler about a 1000 mi. ago and so far it’s pretty badass. I have them at 45F/35R when not towing with the Carli Pintop kit and I’m happy. Now all I hear is my “DPF back” exhaust (w/muffler). Try them out since you’ve tried all the other toyos and you’re gonna ditch them after a few thousand mi. anyways. My 2 cents. PEACE!!!

I have a 2003 5.9 with a five inch turbo back exhaust with a muffler from AFE with no cat. At first I was hesitant on buying the kit with a muffler but since I use the truck for hauling heavy loads the drone was real bad especially on long trips. With the muffler on it's still has an aggressive sound but no drone inside the cab. I would recommend a muffler especially if you need the cab to be a bit quieter.

I bought the truck used and they are half tread and not loud at all, which also have no “hum” on the freeway. I like my ridge grapplers, the get good mileage, they aren't quite for say. But its less then the MT. They do good they aren't the best in mud but do ok in the Sand

Unless your going muddling just go with an all terrain or a mild hybrid tire. I recommend nitto terra grapplers or ridge grapplers. The ridge grappler is looks more aggressive but still rides smooth. But I use 37in terra grapplers on my ram 2500. The run sooo quiet and is still realy good off-road if your not going muding 👍 my last set lasted 50k miles, and that’s pulling a trailer 5 days a week

Ridge grapplers are garbage. Sh@ rain traction they spit rocks like crazy made my front end feel like it was floating and barely got over 26k before they started separating. I get a goood 40k out of cooper stt pro. I tow with my truck. We have good success with the terra grapplers only complaint is the last two sets we started getting cracking when we hit half tread life. My wife’s titan is getting around 35 hopefully 40 out of the ridge grapplers and averaged around 45 -50 out of terra grapplers but my ram 2500 eats the ridge grapplers up.

Check out nitto exo grapplers👍just as aggressive looking as the ridge grapplers but meant for HD trucks and have 3 peak mountian/snowflake winter rating. I have them on my 18 F350 and are great. No louder than my ko2s were on my last truck. Ridge graps are great but not as good in wet/snow/cold weather as the exos. I guess you don't really have to worry about that but up here in BC it's a deal breaker. Everybody runs RGs, do something different lol

I have the ridge grapplers. When you get above 75 they float all over the road. They have 1k on them. Hope they get better. I really like them though.

I have 37-12.50r22 Ridge Grapplers on my F450. I use it mostly for towing a 5th wheel toyhauler. They ride great, are quiet and are wearing extremely well. Air pressure is key. Toyo MT’s are great as well, I prefer the Nitto. Had em both.

Don’t do it!!!! Go with Toto R/T’s brotha....trust me!!! Just go to discount tire in Rancho and get the R/T’s, they’re quite and have a warranty and maintain the aggressive look.

Eddie's Life yea they made a TON of noise but they had like 40% tread life so that may have caused it
