We need more guitar demos like this that isn't endless chugging and shredding with overdrive and distortion. But ideally, having a wide range of sounds in a demo is best, so you're addressing all possible customers with different tastes.
Thank you for showing that a Strandberg is good for other things than just metal. I just bought a Strandberg Boden Prog 6 natural flame, with the ebony fret board (used). I use tones similar to yours.

Does this guitar sound good in clean tones without any pedals just regular thru and amp ?
Theirs a distinctive sound to 24-fret guits with stainless frets I've noticed. The neck pickup being that marginal bit backwards towards the bridge makes it's a little more naturally trebly than a 22-fret where the bucker can sit up against the 22nd, the stainless frets seem to emphasize that high end more, so the neck pickup sound on strandy's is never as warm as I would want it to be.
I own a strandberg; and I actually agree with you. My neck is single coil to add onto it. That being said. They feel way too good. Totally converted

Thank you for this demo, being a bluesman suffering from back issues, I am interested in getting one and was just wondering how those guitars sounded like in "clean" mode. But ... with those fanned frets ... can you BEND ? Thanks !

To me the key word is ergonomic. The hardware is great, the sound is great, but the ergonomics are unmatched anywhere in our universe. And I'm an old guy with a Tele and an attitude. No, I won't play clean that often, more like Jimmy Page or Angus Young, but who cares how you play as long as you play? But dammit, we got to be feeling good with the fit of the clothes or why wear them?
This video does highlight how concerningly close the pickup switch is to the strings; his hand has no room to strum.

Totally anemic, thin sound without character. The guitar itself is irrelevant to tone here; you're just playing the strings and pickups.
Sadly true. It looks awesome but the tones leave a lot to be desired.
