What are you doing to repair the heat damage? Is there products you are using to fix it? Do you plan to cut the damage off & stop using heat for a while? What type of protein conditioning treatments do you use to help with the heat damage?

Bio Silk Therapy Original is a heat protectant used before blow drying and flat ironing.
It’s not. It’s used after for frizz and shine. If you apply or spray a heat protector on a q-tip and put a lighter to it, it should not catch fire.
That's how my daughter used it in the shop. I also read the description from their website. Have a bottle in my haircare graveyard where it will stay.
You can use it both ways.

Anybody have tips on how to keep my hair straight? Cs my hair has become damaged from me using heat and I really need straight hair at this point

I’m honestly not doing anything for it or worried about it right now. If anything, I’ll let it grow out and slowly trim it off.
