Dual arch All on X

This is a dual arch all on x case with a special twist. This is the first surgical guide case using the new Al jaw segmentation in planmeca Romexis. Absolutely amazing. Then we topped it off with some custom All on T Plus multiunit Bar segments. These titanium bar segments are custom made to provide ideal support for 3D printed prosthetics. Milled in California by truabutment. The concept is simple. Rather than a round dome shapes MUA, you have a mini bar. The bar has threads so you can retain the prosthetic with a direct to MUA screw.

Did you plan the implants in planmeca here or still exoplan? Do you prefer one over the other?
