I have a 4 stroke chinese model (balwaan). It heats up quickly and then had a lot of starting trouble. After changing some parts I got it started again - but it still has acceleration problems. It is a sidepack model - which I found to be difficult to carry around for more than 15-30 minutes of use. So I am considering buying a backpack version of stihl or husqvarna. I am very surprised that he is saying the sidepack is better to carry around than the backpack. I have heard that the backpack model is more prone to shaft failures due to the flexible shaft (plus, the flexible shaft leads to lack of good power transmission). I was ready to tolerate the shaft issues because of easier carrying ability - but Now because of what the worker is saying about backpack causing backpain, I am confused as to what to buy - sidepack or backpack. Also, one more question I have had is compatibility of generic cutting blades and tap and go attachments on stihl and husqvarna - I have seen people write that stihl is not compatible with such attachments.
@@mohanrc5526 I bought an RBL 50cc backpack cutter and also a husqvarna sidepack. I find the husqvarna to be fantastic. It is priced higher at 25K - but worth the money. The engine is very good. It has given me trouble free operation for about 6 months now - unlike the two chinese models I tried. I would now recommend Husqvarna or Stihl. More pricey, but much better quality.

Very bad customer response in stihl brand . Spare parts are too costly and also delivery time s too long
