On my own healing journey, singing bowls are my helpers. They are always here to gently bring out something underneath the surface, from the depths where I cannot reach myself. They hold a sacred, safe space for me where I can explore all my emotions. Pain or joy, it doesn't matter. They are here with me. They let me feel everything, and at the same time, help me to heal my wounds with their gentle but persistent waves. Again and again and again.
