Yo Noz, my surfing going well. I had a lesson and I went sideways on the wave kind of Luke a turn like you do. And I could see the wave, like I was on top of the wave. Then I caught another one, and I went down the wave did a bottom turn somehow and caught a barrel. I am never gonna forget that moment.

Thank you legend! Stoked as always to hear that 🙏🏽 and the easiest way is to angle your take off then it’s just leaning. Everything is toe-side or heel-side in surfing. Use your arms to steer + balance. Will take practice but you’ll get it 🙌🏽

Alien! I don't know if this feedback is useful or not, but I always watch your videos and I've noticed that I especially like the ones where you surf with your mates, because of all the hype and energy, like a few of the novelty reef episodes. Do you think you could do more POVs with the boys?
Also I forgot to say this but it's so funny a couple vids back when you were frothing on your new board and when you put it down at 0:30 there are a bunch of pressure dings where your front foot goes 😬

Hahaha yeah my hero 8 did that too! I can’t remember how it stopped. Either the 10 doesn’t do it or it’s when I changed the wind setting from “auto” to “off” 🤙🏽
