The driveway of the house on the left looks white. You didn't show the overhead shot showing comparison with the driveway you did...I suspect it does not look as white
Do believe the guy next door may have new concrete. (The current job may have had several different times concrete was laid as it looked like there was color variation.)
Nice finish. The neighborhood got an upgrade. Next time, they might go for a complete look, including the sidewalk.

Yes. After it dried it was bright white!!
