In today's episode, join Chef Rao and guests Chef Balan & Roy from Simplot at AK Success Sdn Bhd's kitchen as they introduce Simplot's RTE Frozen Straight Cut Fries, Crinkle Cut Fries & wedges using RATIONAL's iCombi® Pro XS.
Join us as the chefs the preparation and the cooking methods with the RATIONAL iCombi® Pro XS.
1) On RATIONAL iCombi Pro® XS, select Bake and set Humidity to 100%, temperature of heat at 220° and timer to 7 minutes, then pre-heat.
2) Wait until the lights to blink and the sound to come on Rational iCombi Pro® XS and place the tray into the cooking cabinet.
3) Wait until the lights to blink and the sound to come on Rational iCombi Pro® and remove the straight cut & crinkle cut fries
4) Add 13 minutes for the wedges and close the cooking cabinet.
5) Wait until the lights to blink and the sound to come on Rational iCombi Pro® and remove the tray.
6) Wait until the lights to blink and the sound to come on Rational iCombi Pro® and VOILA! You're done!
