They must have changed the rod limit laws since I lived there twenty years ago. Back in the day you were allowed one rod and paid like $3 for a second rod.
In Colorado they technically are "invasive" but for our ponds they are not harmful. They actually help keep waters clear by helping with algea i guess. Unless someone is looking to eat, which in these metro ponds ewww 😂 alot of people just put them back iin colorado for the next angler to catch.
