This entire series is amazing! Please, anyone that has even thought about trying rebounding consider this your sign to give it a go. Hats off to all these amazing women that are putting themselves out there to inspire us all 😊
Thank you so much! Comments like this really fill our cups! These ladies are very excited to be helping and inspiring others. You comment means so much to us!
Thanks for these videos and the "real women" who are doing them. It is encouraging to see women who are more like me! Some of this is hard for me - balance - but I'm just gonna keep going knowing that I will improve. Thanks again!
Yes, keep going!! Wait until you see the progression of these ladies. There are 25 Lymph Love videos total, and a few of the members move on to my regular "no talk" workouts. Cheryl is a regular in my Thursday LIVE class.
Welcome!! Glad you enjoyed this. It's part of a series you can find here: ua-cam.com/play/PLLAFfYE-X47H9w99EpxAE4yaYdBB6h4-m.html Thanks for watching! P.S. Some of the videos do not have the warm up/cool down. Especially if the Lymph Love crew is filming outside and it's cold. We are in rural Nebraska and sometimes have to work with what we have! Thanks for watching!
The chatting, questions, mistakes, realtime modifications are the pure gold edited videos don't have. Since this is a lymph love series, would you look at and consider adding the simple 6 area lymph massage? It would add a few min to the warm up, but so beneficial. Above and below collarbones, under ear jawline, armpits, belly, hip crease, behind knee. Thanks.
Thank you so much!! Of course, I'd be happy to include that and will plan to add it to the the videos from here on out. Thanks for your feedback and support of the "lymph love" crew!
I'm 70 and just started rebounding and, I LOVE IT! I've had a stinking cold but found it in me to do some bouncing and I feel so much better 😊 Thank you Nikki for sharing your videos ❤🎉🎊👍🏻
Thank you so much for sharing!!! Just did my 3rd day since I’ve gotten a mini trampoline!!! My abs are sore and I love it!!! Did not feel like 25 minutes, it flew Hulu it was so fun. Had my step counter on and bounced over a mile :) 😅
Started following about three weeks ago, purchased a rebounder and have been loving your videos! Started with the beginner and now I'm following the Lymph Love series. I sometimes do a walking with you also. Thanks for having this available.
Great job ladies! Loving this series. I'm adding this series to my routines for a little extra activity and to support. I can personally say you will build your stamina and balance, just keep at it. 😁
Sending lots of love to you and the girls Niki. I enjoyed watching you interact and explain every detail and was laughing out loud at your comments and jokes. I usually rebound alone but this time I could almost feel I was right there with all of you. Great vibes. Also worked out a sweat 😅😅
Oh I LOVE these ladies, they are an INSPIRATION ! ! ! ! Thank you ALL so much for helping to make these videos for chronic illness! I am SO thankful! ! ! ! ! ! ! I can't keep up with all of you yet but I will keep at it. Thank you Nikki, this class is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I had to do the modified version of the "slide" move too. 😆
I found you this week. I just purchased by belicon and waiting impatiently!! Cannot wait to start getting fit with you! I'm watching lots of your videos to prepare!
Hummm, thought I already posted today. I'll recap simply by saying thank you to the crew. You give me hope that I can do this and experience better health. I've now done 3 days in a row...
That's fantastic!! Keep up the good work! As you move through this series (25 videos), you may find that you need to repeat or stay on a video for a week or so. I recommend repeating until you feel confident to move to the next. Thanks for watching!
Thank you, I've been working out with you on my new rebounder! I appreciate your videos so much! You will get a, "thumbs up" from me every time I work out with one of your videos! I hope it helps your channel grow!
What’s the tension setting on the bungee cords on most of the rebounders? I sink down way too low in the middle when I do anything that involves single feet on the rebounder I have. Makes it really hard to do almost anything except moves that involve both feet at the same time.
We have our tensions set to firm. This is something I talk about A LOT. Many people don't realize how big of a difference the tension setting can make. This is why I recommend a certain type/model of rebounder.
I have a question. I have not been on my rebounder for about a year. I did it two days in a row for 15 minutes and since then have had prolonged feelings of motion sickness and mild nausea. If this is normal how long before it goes away? Should I get back on the rebounder? I don't want to make it worse. I get car sick, sea sick and can't look through binoculars without getting nauseated. Been that way all my life and now am 72. Thanks
If you have not been on in a year, 15 minutes may have been a little much. I cannot say how long the feeling will last. You might check with your physician. If you do continue to rebound, I would start with just a minute or two and build your way back up.
@@EarthOwl thanks for your reply. I have had my cellerciser for about 4 years. I need to be more consistent on it. These series will help-really enjoying them. It is amazing how much better they are on the third time. Most are able to let go of the bar. Byw I am almost 76.

I like doing these videos where you chat with everyone. Makes me feel like I’m really there
Great! That's what we hope...that everyone feels included!
Me too 👍🏻

@@EarthOwl Thank you I will do as you say.
Which rebounder do you use? I have a Cellerciser. Some of the things you do, I can’t.
We are all using the Jumpsport 350Pro with our cords set to the tightest tension. Spring and bungee rebounders can be quite different.
I also use and love a cellerciser. It does sometimes look a little different than how the group does, but it works.
@@thinkfirstt thanks for that information. I will make it work
