Hi that’s right clean and cook outside is beautiful you don’t have to worry about grease to amazing catch love some fish up here in Michigan we get some big ones to and the crappy love the perch and bass but can’t nothing compare to that catfish ok😂😂❤I like sometimes to clean the head and fry whole fish looks very delicious you missing the cornbread 😂

Question: what brand of kayak are you using. Always fished from a boat, but was thinking about looking into a kayak. I've seen them anywhere from $300 up to $3500 and anywhere in between.

Where did you get the fish fryer? It’s a nice size to fry more than 3 or 4 pieces. If it’s not extra crispy I don’t want it 😂😂. It looks delicious! And it’s my favorite fish- Brim or Bluegill. Hubby loves Crappie 👍🏽

Boss Man appreciate you sharing with us. Here a tip if you don’t know you can save all of your fish guts/heads and use as fertilizer for your garden. It’s great for the garden. Just be sure to add lye to keep the scent down and the critters away.

That was always a dream of mine to move to the country, I live in Michigan but I'm thinking very hard about moving to the south to take up feral pig & deer hunting, but fishing is my favorite thing to do. Love me some fresh out the grease fish. I live in the Middle East for years and learn a delicious trick I use to fry fish take that squeeze garlic and fresh lemon just mixture, using your fingers and put that mixture in the scores man it’s delicious. Try it on one fish and it will be so delicious.

Nice catch bro i use a bas pro drum that scales all the fish in 20 min i have had 50 perch in there and the machine took of all the scales it has cut down my fish cleaning process
