For a Few Dollars More (Italian: Per qualche dollaro in più) is a 1965 Italian spaghetti western film directed by Sergio Leone and starring Clint Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef and Gian Maria Volontè. German actor Klaus Kinski also plays a supporting role as a secondary villain. The film was released in the United States in 1967 and is the second part of what is commonly known as the "Man with No Name" trilogy.
Eastwood (marketed as the "Man with No Name") and Van Cleef (as Colonel Douglas Mortimer and marketed as the "Man in Black") portray two bounty hunters in pursuit of "El Indio" (Gian Maria Volontè), one of the most wanted fugitives in the western territories, and his gang (one of whom is played by Kinski). Indio is a ruthless, intelligent man. He has a musical pocketwatch that he plays before engaging in gun duels. "When the chimes finish, begin," he says. Flashbacks reveal that the watch originates from a young woman, Mortimer's sister (Rosemary Dexter), who killed herself while being raped by Indio after he had found her with her lover (in Joe Millard's novelization of the film, the young man is her newly-wed husband) and killed him. The watch bears a photo of the woman and was presented as a gift by the young man before being killed.
The film was shot in Almería, Spain, with interiors done at Rome's Cinecittà Studios.
The production designer, Carlo Simi built the town of "El Paso" in the Almería desert: it still exists, as a tourist attraction. The town of Agua Caliente, where Indio and his gang flee after the bank robbery, is Albaricoques, a small "pueblo blanco" on the Nijar plain.
Ennio Morricone composed the film's soundtrack as he did for A Fistful of Dollars. In the United States, Hugo Montenegro released a cover version as did Leroy Holmes who released a cover version of the soundtrack album with the original American poster art. Maurizio Graf sang a vocal "Occhio Per Occhio"/"Eye For An Eye" to the music of the cue "Sixty Seconds to What" track that did not appear in the film but was released as a tie-in 45rpm record.

This is incredible and amazing piece of work. The editing of the film with the then and now locations with the presentation is a work of art. This is wonderfully entertaining and somewhat haunting. I love this and can watch over and over again.

Nice work. I first visited central Spain in 1965 as an 8 year old with my parents. Many areas aren’t changed much.

Lee Van Cleef is 40. Clint is 35 and calls Cleef "old man".Though the age gap between them looks more.

MAD, ain't it! I remember when I first watched this as a boy I thought both 'Eastwood and 'Cleef looked old; I was only seven, lol. Now I still watch it with the same point of view (first impressions form a lasting perspective) but will get a sudden reality check as I view them both as 'grown ups' and realise I'm getting close to the same age as 'Old Man' ;)

If the locations had been preserved better then somebody could have made a fortune by organizing daytrips to the locations.

Awesome job done so well with amazing shots frame by frame & angle by angle. BTW, just one question, are you professional guys is the same party of the official co-producer for those "Now & Then" as what we seen in the special features in MGM remastered version for the Trilogy released in 2008 & many other famous films?
In recent year, it' so glad to know that the "Sad Hill" is well reconstructed intact by dedicated fans after ruined for over nearly 60 years.
BTW, apart from the original music from Ennio Morricone, not only the vocal version "Eye for an Eye" from For a few Dollars More, but also the "Pastures of Plenty" from Fistful of Dollars by Peter Travis is so pleasant to listen over and over.
Also it is treasure to find the recent released Fistful of Dollars 4k UD is contained with many extra which included "an interview with actress Marianne Koch" & a well kept for over 50 years video "Making of Fistful of Dollars" behind the scene clip which already uploaded on YT sometimes earlier.
