Very interesting this as i have just placed an order for a new set of Ruben Heaton scales after my old ones (I had exactly the same scales as the new ones in this video) were stolen from my car last December. This time though i have decided to treat myself and have opted for the limited edition 165 yellow dial model from 2022/23. I wanted 60lb x 1oz divisions however everywhere has sold out being limited editions. So i have had to go for the 120lb x 2oz division model and this video has helped me massively. Now i know the spring needs to be broken in by stretching it with some weight in order for it to be accurate and for the needle to return back to the start each time something is weighed. Mick, Good to see the money you invested ten years ago is still remaining loyal, really surprised those new scales need bedding in.( probably cheaper spring now put in the new ones) aint nobody going to argue the toss with you now LOL
