Secondary spinning is typically a alignment issue. But I've also seen that if the primary cam arms are seized in the open position so to speak it will always keep tension on the belt resulting in the secondary spinning also
I did the super atv 30% gear reduction on my 19 and the engagement was 1000% better no bucking and can actually crawl instead of bucking over rock gardens
P-drive are known to stick after they get around 1500 miles on them. Kwi makes a float mod and they machine the clutch to help prevent it engaging. KWI has been awesome to work with and have great customer service. Had mine done recently and fixed the problem. The machine definitely gets hard to shift once it starts sticking. Keep an eye on rollers as they wear quick and can be hard to find. I really like mine. Great upgrade to my 2020.
Can am doesnt change clutching based on tire size, simply the hp, all same hp units are all clutched the same regardless of which tire size they come with but being tuned the rr setup may not be too far off

@@TheCanAmCrew I see the new secondary comes with a 48/52 helix, to me that is to steep, wants to up shift and lower RPMS, i like the older 37/49 helix, better throttle response with better backshift. and better on belt life. i have a 2021 RS RR with a IBEXX clutch kit, love it, i run 34 inch tires, i thing their helix is 32/44/34 and works very well. thanks.

The tube for clutch cover is also different, some kind of airflow deflection or spiral inside tube, supposed to help with noise also
It don’t help

Hopefully you carry two or more spares. Last year I had a blowout and the steel belt cut the valve stem off the other tire.
