Not sure how much marketing background you might have but the setup is pretty intuitive, similar to filling out the various fields available when you upload a UA-cam video. It depends on if you're looking for views or "engagement" like subscriptions. Because those might be advertised in different ways. The link below, I think, should guide you through the process. But overall, I would not consider it a reliable or healthy method of channel sustenance. Organic views and subs will always be better since you never really know the quality of user Google / UA-cam is serving up to you for your money. So maybe try it out but don't rely on it.
