My wife (who is a doctor) and I are coming to Vancouver Island next month to see about emigrating there from London, UK. Oak Bay is definitely or our radar and we're looking forward to scoping the area when we arrive.

Hi, I am moving to Victoria from Oakville, On with soon-to-be grade 12, and I've never been to the island. could you recommend a neighborhood with good high schools? or in Victoria, are there any good private schools? She goes to a public school in Oakville, but since she is going to be in G12, if a private school better helps her adjust herself to the new environment during the most sensitive and stressful period of her school life, i am willing to do that.
By the way, do you help people find a place to rent or do you only work for buyers and sellers?

I am watching your video from regina. I found it informative. But I think Victoria's housing prices are super expensive and less parking spot in the neighborhood area.. I visited victoria last month. I am also surprised to hear that you spent your career 15 years in cruise ship and then you come back in victoria. However, I enjoyed your video. Those are my personal opinions based on my research and observation.
Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you found the video helpful! Victoria housing prices are definitely expenses, especially compared to where you are in Regina! But they're not as expensive as Vancouver or Toronto! Parking can be an issue in lots of neighbourhoods too, I agree! Again thanks for watching!! Have a great evening!
