I was yesterday in this concert and I can tell you... It was one of the best performances I've ever been. I didn't expect that level of performance at this point but wow, they didn't disappoint at all, it was amazing.
Why wouldn't you expect this level of performance? They are aged between 40 and 45 they arent old, loads of Rock bands perform into their 60s and 70s lol

most of the shows in the US still have availability and the tickets are like $100

I have no words to tell you how grateful I am for all these videos you're sharing with us of magnificent quality. for the first time I'm finally going to one of their concerts when they kick it off here in the US Thanks Brother. I'm bringing my now adults daughters and adults nephews too. and it's going to be a partyyy!
I'll always have a special place in my heart for Danger Days. I heard a couple of songs off of Three Cheers when it came out and liked them, but I avoided listening to the Black Parade when it came out, because it was such a huge deal (I was 13 when it came out) and I didn't want to seem "trendy". Fast forward a bit, 6 months before I graduate high school, MCR drops Danger Days. I can remember reading about Conventional Weapons in Spin Magazine before the album release and thinking to myself, "They don't follow trends, they follow their heart, and that's fucking awesome". So I listened to Danger Days on release day, and fell in love once and for all with MCR. Danger Days will always remind me of being a young adult that is both scared for, and hopeful for, the future. Love for the rest of the discography followed, but Danger Days will always be the one that stands out the most for me, I think. Unless the new album breaks my heart and blows my mind... and I certainly hope it does, lol
After hearing the original name of this song, it has a completely different meaning to me now, and it’s great
I think is in honor to Burr Reynolds TransAm and even in the cómics and some of the videos of Danger days, well a Pontiac TransAm is driven by the protagonists
He confirmed it, I was 100% that they had re-recorded some songs for DD, since bob bryar doesnt appear as player but as an author

The amazing thing to me is that, I started listening to them only two months ago, and I already knew they had disbanded a few years ago so I didn't expect them to do music together anymore, I thought they had really moved on from My Chem'...
But little did I know they would release new music and get back on tour less than two months after that!

I am a firm believer that this is the best mcr song, it isn't even my favorite but I just know it's the best. It's cool to know it's from conventional weapons and its old name and stuff now.

I was rewatching this video and I realize that they wanted this song to be played just like the original version from conventional weapons, so Ray and Frank don't sing the part "who wants to rock, to rock, to rock let's go", which they used to do in live performances and now I realize that it sounds like "we got the bomb, we got the bomb let's go" from boy division, so that part and the intro could have been added later.

It’s not a half step down, though? It’s still played in its original tuning/key

@@francescogutierrez3221 actually, Bulletproof Heart is half a step down on the album (as confirmed in Ray and Frank's lesson on how to play the song), so I guess they just decided not to drop it down another half-step since it's already in the tuning they're dropping every other song down to anyway

I discovered MCR back in Highschool, it was around 2016-2017 so yeah I was late to the party. I pretty much binged their whole discography and didn't really like Danger Days back then but a few songs did become earworms (including this one). Now in 2022, I gave the record another shot and I found it to be way better than in my first listen. I guess now that I'm more mature, I can finally accept the fact that an MCR record doesn't have to be dark and edgy to be good and I'm glad to be alive to witness their comeback, which was something I thought I would never get to witness.
Gutted we didn't get this, summertime or I don't love you tonight!! Three of my top 10 MCR tunes 😥
Summertime is also my fave but I never understood how artists could play the same songs every night. I’m glad that they are switching it up a little.

It's named trans am as it was inspired by the 1979 pontiac trans am motor car G bought at the time of writing. He told Q magazine its all about getting in the car, hitting the gas and no one being able to stop you. Its large and bombastic, it feels like West Side story with laser guns.
