with the video footage that gets posted _ you can see the progress _ once those road/bridge realignments get finished the earthworks will get closer to a finish to _ nice video _ the A46 underbridge is an interesting structure _ that'll be an amazing move for a big piece of concrete _ heard April next year time

Maybe history will look with kindness upon the project, but presently the only people celebrating are lovers of fresh concrete and the contractors whenever one of their ground breaking structures is completed

It still looks a huge mess. I would have thought the formation would be much more defined by now.
Untithe road realignments are done there is little point in doing some of the earthworks.
