味精同埋雞粉唔一定要落,如果落建議份量用少一半,我視頻用多咗!

浸得好快。我用真空慢煮機78度浸13 小時,才可以把仼部筋膜浸鬆,覺得好低效。

提醒各位, video入邊啦我啲味精用多咗,直接半茶匙雞粉,半茶匙味精就OK 㗎啦,唔鍾意用就唔好用!
如果對味精雞精唔抗拒,浸腩時不如用家樂牌的牛肉清湯粉,用魚露全部取代鹽。據講有古老「秘方」係加沙蟲乾,但500蚊一斤咁貴,我就仲未必試過

How much is it now for a bowl of beef noodle?
In hk normally is $35-65! frozen beef is normally cheaper, the shop I film at the start of the video is around 60, they use fresh beef
你手野真係無野挑剔,用說話包好晒所有破綻和走盞位,真心我連名廚都挑到破綻,但你真係一d位都無,我好鐘意煮野食,我也不是一位廚師,只係你細節上同技法,比名廚都多走盞和無保留,我唔鐘意味精雞粉,但係你用得好順暢,有時候為神還原都要用,你真係好厲害,我看你應該係飲食世家但唔係做廚,因為唯一可挑的,你刀法....不是一個做廚的..
