When the bike has been stopped and then restarted (stationary) there is no readout on the screen. Pressure is not recorded until the bike is in motion or your battery would go flat quickly. There should be some sort of centrifugal switch. How did yours read a pressure with the sensor in your hand?
Great video. Thank you! I followed everything you did. My bike has not shown a reading after taking it for short drive. Do you know if it takes awhile to reconnect after completing this.
It shouldn’t cost that - you can now buy the sensors off amazon and get a local tyre fitter to fit them but you will have to get them coded to the bike either at a dealer or by an independent like us with the gear
What was wrong with a tyre pressure gauge ?????? For anyone of the lads I know and drove with,,, check your tyre pressures before you go. Any of these aids on a bike will not prevent a puncture. If you get a puncture you will or should know by the handling of the bike. All these gimmicks are just another way to get more money out of the consumer.....If the battery fails in the TPM there will be a light on the dash, Solution ,,,,,,,,a very small piece of black tape,,,,,, apply to dash,,,, Just my opinion. Enjoy the bike not the expensive crap that comes with it
Thank you. I was trying to understand why it was such a fight to loosen. Was beginning to wonder about reverse threads. Thanks again.
Well done. Thanks for the advice.

Hi there I actually don’t read the pressure while it’s in my hand
Awesome. Thank you for sharing!
Nice vid 👍
Really helpful video thanks. Was interested to see how you got the epoxy off but you skipped that bit! Was it a struggle?
Not really, I used a Stanley knife and a strong penknife to dig it all out.
How do you get the epoxy off/out. Dremel?
I used a very sharp knife to literally ‘hack’ it out

Air pressure sensor is 30.00 for front 55.00 for the rear and 75.00 for labor. So at most 130.00 dollar Job for a brand new sensor.

So much talking instead of zooming to the actual sensor so we can see what is gooing on... this could have been 2min video.
