I have had a bad few weeks I cracked the casing on my cr250 so I have been riding my crf450x and I come off the other day I hit a bit of dirt at the down ramp and shot off the burm and hurt my rib

geeez...we learnt No Handers in Dec 1985 down in Aussieland...first real trick we actually learnt...heres a pic from first day of the new year 1/1/1986 after night partying... all bikes on the jump are a RM125, CR125, YZ125 (white bikes) and KX125 ..All brand new 1985 models..😉 Height was only about 5ft in air for 20ft. After this, then moved to being bit cocky and trying NHs on doubles..lasted about 2 mins ...after crashing the 3rd attempt. Advice...ALWAYS start learning NO HANDERS on small table tops..
Best start by doing 1 handers..usually left, opposite throttle..then learn to land one handed....then move to both hands off and on quickly...BUT if on 4st..go up a gear just before jump...prevent mid air engine braking..
2st...just ride over...Promise will get easy and easier guys
My bike is to expensive to me to risk, so in going to practice the no hander without it first. Yes, I'm going to walk around flipping my arms

I don't really know. Probably get a bigger bike like a CRF150R though.
