We tried to test drive a Chevy Traverse at 3 different dealers….none in stock. We finally traveled out of the area to a GMC/Chevy dealership that had both Acadia and Traverse in stock. We ordered the Acadia and just picked up our vehicle this week. Note…we did visit the Hyundai dealership and test drove the Palisade and did not see the space the Acadia delivers. Finally…we wanted SuperCruise and both Acadia and Traverse have it available. The other brands you mention have nothing close to that technology.
Your video states KIA Telluride, and Hyundai Palisade offered as Hybrid. I don't see that as an option offered on their website. Can you please clarify?
They never say the Palisade or Telluride have hybrids. They have other models that are have a hybrid version. It is confusing, because they kept showing the Telluride and Palisade while they were talking about hybrids.
4 cylinders? Not for me from Chevrolet! The current cost is 2 times what I paid for a 2019 Traverrse LT. I have only changed the windshield wipers and a left rear wheel valve core. Has Chevrolet gone nuts?
Now for the real reason - NO SECOND ROW BENCH SEAT! Who gives up a seat in a large SUV for captain's chairs? I will be buying a VW Atlas because of this.
There are things that could be better. The overall look and shape just didn't quite look right or made any sense. I see more zonk than value. It's not a suv when it looks more like a truck, I do not want a ginormous infotainment screen display unless you're just blind or have very poor vision. The daytime running light just looks boring and very out of style. That rear pillar just looks funky and very out of style. A tiny 4 banger turbo just doesn't sound like the proper engine for its class. Not only that, your maintenance schedule would be a much shorter interval due to more heat created by the turbo. I believe the 2018 traverse is the sweet spot of performance and sporty loot bodystyle . It's got the proper shape and contour line that compliment each other nicely. The interior layout is spot on very nicely laid out all within reach.
@macruizphotography i didnt know what exactly. But I had been warned about these vehicles multiple times. When it comes from the guys that actual fix cars i listen.
🔴Would you recommend the Traverse to others?🤔

Tha 4 cylinder is a non starter. That thing is going to be working hard all the time.
Especially for its size and weight.
I agree on features. The Z71 should have power driver's seat and garage door opener. Also the option of a bench seat 2nd row.
I have a 2013 and a 2018 Traverse. No. 5 is the reason I will not buy another Traverse.

id bet they give a big enough discount you'll see buyers > I don't like foreign cars the parts and fixes are to high .
Who wants a electric car because they are junk I would never have one
For a vehicle that is not selling, it is funny they are sold as soon as they hit the dealership.
Sitting on lots due to high priced leases and horrible rebates. Sell aggressive like evs and they will sell.
i like the rugged style but unfortunately no v6
The v6 was junk anyways. Just like the turbo 4 is.
@@cockyhemi Said someone who has never owned one.
@@camarogs1 junk.

@camarogs1 it's been years known the l87 is a disaster due to epa mandated DFM system.
