Recently got rid of my 2013 Crosstrek and never got better than 22 mpg. The window sticker said 28 to 33 but that never happened. After doing a Google search, there are also a bunch of other drivers experiencing less mpg than advertised. I now own a 2024 Corolla Cross hybrid which advertises 42 mpg and is much quicker to 60. After 10,000 miles, it actually gets 42 mpg. It's a miracle.
RAV 4s are definitely reliable but at a purchase price of over $70,000 for the top of the range and the cheapest AWD at over $50,000 they should be reliable and much more exciting to drive than the reliability.
SUBARU Crosstreck is a rubbish car that has serious CVT issues that means owners are almost guaranteed to see their car have a CVT rebuild or replacement in under 150,000kms.
Owned a Hyundai Ionic 5 and will NEVER own ANY Hyundai again. The ICCU problems are rampant and Hyundai tried with several updates still was having problems.
GOOD - GO GET IT - SUBARU - CrossTreck - TOYOTA - RAV4 - KIA - Tellurde - MAZDA - CX-50 NOT GOOD - AVOID - VW Tiguan - FORD Explorer XLT - HUINDAI Kona

Why was the Honda CRV not mentioned
Hey , have you heard about the Cr-v?
The worst part of buying a Killed in Action is you have to walk into a shyster filled Killed In Action dealership
Outback all the way. Can’t wait to see what the newly redesigned 2026 has to offer.

We too. Serious problems with self driving steering issues totally ignored. Service was appalling. Never again.
