Harland, I hope you see this man.. this was the second of your podcast episodes I have watched (Corey Feldman was the first that got recommended by YT) and let me just tell you this, you are seriously such a refreshing breath of air for the Hollywood scene.. Thank you for showing you as you are and your guests as well, you are honestly making me want to be better than I am right now at 27 with 2 baby girls and going through a little rough patch right now. Michael is one of my all time favorites, I first watched Smallville during the Pilot in October of 2001 and was hooked until Michael left (still watched but it wasn’t the same show without him) and I am subscribed to his podcasts and he has helped me out tremendously as well.. just seriously thank you both for being genuine and making us feel like family. It means more than money or fame and lasts a lifetime. You’re a good man. And Michael, you’re a good man… Subscribed, Harland! PS, I’m going to rewatch Sorority Boys now! Haha. Have a Merry Christmas, both of you.
Sorority boys is one of my fav. Wow great to know the movie began low budget and they didn't really make much. But, they had a good time filming it and making their fans happy. They r funny and that is one of my main fav films from the 90s/00s. Michael rosenbaum HOT
I’m a patron of Rosenbaum’s - I was in a UA-cam live a few weeks ago with Rosey and I asked if he was going to get back on the Harland Highway. This episode was so poignant and sweet, we definitely need a part 2 Harland, you two are the bees knees!
The humanity and friendship you guys share is something to aspire to. I find art to be incredibly healing and transcendent. Both to create and to share with like-minded individuals. Thank you for sharing all of your art with us, in it's many iterations.
Great Show! Trip Suggestion for you guys: Red Light District in Amsterdam. Also, guest suggestion for Harland Highway: Conan Obrien and/or Dana Carvey.
Extraordinary and moving episode 👍 What fabulous things shared between both of you. The Amazon and the ritual for you blind , deceased companion moved me to tears🐕💔 Your experiences with Christopher Walken and Kevin Spacey are great, Michael.. You are 2 beautiful perrsons and i appreciate you more and more, Michael 💙 Can’t wait for your new album, i already have the 1st 🎸🎶
Michael and Harland, you guys are great! Michael, I can't wait for your new Sun Spin album to come out! You're always saying that you're not the best singer, but you just do music cause you love it. However, you and Rob have my favorite voices ever! Both of your voices are calm and soothing. I really liked what you played of "I'll Go To Heaven." I can tell that it's gonna be a masterpiece when you're done recording it! Also, both of you are great actors! Back In the Day and Sorority Boys were both great movies!
I hope Michael is able to reprise the role of Luthor someday. Be it live action or voice over, he was, by far, the best version of Lex Luthor I've seen on screen (besides Clancy Brown as Lex from the Superman animated/Justice League series, but hey, that's animated.)
Came to this video after watching the Bill Burr episode, which was my first time seeing Harland and this podcast. Never heard of him before and thought he and Bill were both hilarious, played off each other and Harland's apparent built-in weirdness well. I have been a long-time Smallville fan, however. And I can't remember how it come about, maybe the Mandalorian was being discussed on one of Michael's podcast episodes, but I suggested to him, a few months ago, that he should check out Bill Burr and have him on his podcast, to which Michael actually replied that maybe he will. And, here, I find out he's buddies with Harland. Small world! :D
The creation of this podcast makes me so happy! I can’t wait to see/hear the crazy conversations Harland is about to have. And sorority boys is one of my all time favorite movies ❤️
Everyone needs a friend like Harland. I suggest a trip to my house for a cup of tea, I live so far away, it'll be an adventure, right? And then I can steal Harland for my friend too 😉😁
This is great! I remember getting into Rosenbaum's podcast after hearing him on an older episode of Bobby Lee's show and then when I found out you and Michael were old friends - also through an episode of tigerbelly, I think - I looked around for anything I could find you two in. Never had much luck finding either a Highway or Inside of episode with the both of you but did enjoy Back in the Day ( haven't seen Sorority Boys yet but I'm from IN so figured I'd start there ). I'm really nostalgic for that era of movie making and I'd also check out anything you might recommend! Anyway, thanks for the episode and chicken chow mein!
Trust me, Their friendship is going to be the stuff of legends.
Nice reference
Anyone else think two single guys with no kids in their 50’s and 60’s that are that close says something else? 🤔
