    3 cups Brown sugar

    3 tablespoons Unsalted butter ; Softened
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    3 tablespoons White Sugar
    Activate the yeast by dissolving it in 1/2 cup of water. Meanwhile, in a standing mixer, blend together sugar and butter until creamy. Introduce buttermilk, the yeast mixer, 2 cups of flour, salt, baking powder, and soda, beating the amalgamation into a smooth consistency. Gradually incorporate the remaining 4 cups of flour, skillfully managing this step with the aid of the mixer's bread hook, crafting a smooth soft dough. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and engage in a 4-8 minute kneading session, ensuring it attains a texture that is both smooth and elastic.
    Allow the dough to proof for 10 minutes as you start creating the caramel sauce.
    In a saucepan, unite brown sugar, cream, and light corn syrup. Apply gentle heat over a medium flame, dissolving the sugar until the sauce achieves a delightful thickness.
