Big facts!💯 I tell myself *”Just do 1% today.”* and a few days later, I’m out of the rut! It sounds pathetic or mediocre, but it absolutely makes the biggest impact.👌🏾 Thanks for sharing.

Now it's been a month since I wake up at 5:45 and do 45 min of workout just after. And I'm super proud but also surprise because It has never been hard...like I fall asleep knowing I'll do my workout in the morning, and when I wake up I do it. It's simple as this, no questions, no doubt, and no pressure ! I just put my music and enjoy the moment. With time passing, the feeling of achievement kinda fade but when I see the result I'm proud ...

This is a sheer good example of Kaizen. Kaizen is a compound of two Japanese words that together translate as "good change" or "improvement." However, Kaizen has come to mean "continuous improvement". Kaizens beautiful outcome. Amazing video, Ruff. :)

I started being consistent 3days ago(ik its a short time for now but this comment will motivate me more)
I have been doing 80 push-ups (different variations yes)
    80 sit-ups
    25 leg raises
    20 pullups
I am also doing meditation for like 5-8 mins ( this im not able to remember this everyday...or maybe that laziness hits back....)
Ive also Started reading books that i found from your discord server...which is cool cause i was already reading or u can say starting to read books while ago)
And drinking 2L of water everyday...
I'll slowly overcome myself and increase the difficulties...
I dont comment a lot...maybe my comment is weird but I do also realize that nobody cares...
    Anyways Goodluck To myself,Alhamdulillah🤝🏽🤝🏽

I really wish I had this video last year, or even earlier (like when I was 12, when I first wanted to become a UA-camr [I'm 17 now]). I'm currently doing 25 Pseudo pushups every morning, trying to wake up at 3:45 every single day, set up an entire morning routine and accomplish my dreams.
I now know how to do just that, and although I can't compensate for the 5 years lost, I am still extremely appreciative of this guy being on UA-cam to help me get out of this shitty situation that I'm currently in.
    Thanks, Ruff :)

Yes! I used to have that mentality of if I don’t do it 100% perfectly then it doesn’t counts nor isn’t worth it. But now even tho I couldn’t do my full workout I did some exercises in bed and counted it as another win in my habit tracker. I don’t feel like I have to start again from day 0, I made a bit of progress and that’s better than not taking action.

I need to make my future self proud. and stop my toxic habits of self sabotage. consistency is what builds momentum = get out of rut
