It worked for me the first time, same problem happened about a month later, did the same steps but when i click "initialize" it doesnt do anything it just loads and eventually closes itself out of the page.. any help?

Unfortunately, Google Drive recognizes the file as a virus… the best way to have access to this file is to send us an email directly so we can download the file directly into your computer:)

I have a red ink light issue...just the one light for ink is on. Getting error code error ink out error. I have the epson 1390 and I can't find a reset code for this particular issue for the machine. Can you help me please?

by any chance do you have a printer information check sheet for the fatal error codes? I have an E4 H. Btw I bought a print head from your website, and it came really nice!
I’m happy that the print head works well (like it should!) I usually go on wicreste to see my fatal errors

Your video are the best, but there is nothing in the link to fix the light problem today :(
Unfortunately, since Google drive recognizes the software as a Virus… It’s unable to save on drive hence why you can’t download it… if ever for some reason you can’t access the resetter.exe from your USB that came with the printer, reach out to me via email, wholesprinting@gmail.com and we can install it in your computer for easy access in the future so this is never going to be a problem!
