Dom’s got everything covered!! Anyone reading this needing help I HIGHLY suggest and cannot recommend joining his DTF private group. If you’re wondering what the difference is between his group verses any other free or paid group/page out there. Dom goes out of his way to make sure your not alone while your trying to figure out your printer problem.. He makes sure help is with you through out the entire process. Gone are the days of feeling like your alone, lost, overwhelmed , frustrated and worst of all spending so much time being down creating even more problems for yourself! He really deserves so much more credit than I can even give to him on here. He makes himself so available to so many different people and different platforms and all the while being so extremely friendly helpful and kind. . I truly don’t know how he does it. (Im not sure if I told u this Dom but I’m beginning to think you have an identical twin helping you out over there lol 😉.) All jokes aside do yourself the biggest favor you could do and join his group… We spend so much $ on these machines , spare parts for them. Group or no group at some point you’re going to spend A LOT of time trouble shooting your machine. I can only speak from my own experience but for me just knowing I have help available to me right at my finger tips when I need it is so worth it!! Dom makes sure you’re in good hands always. His group is exactly what every DTF printer user needs right along with all the other arsenals we have for our printers.

why are you using eraser tool? use can do something easy with quickmask and levels ability of photoshop

Hi, so kinda new to designing and DTF, I don't use Photoshop, mostly canva, I do get low res and edge pixelated designs from people to print at times. I try to use a good bg remover and then upscale design as much as possible, seems to work well at times. Also in rip software, I choke back white little as to not get that halo or oversized edge on some designs, works good on white garments, not as much on dark or black tho" Still learning, looking forward to your vids on these topics. 👍

With the commercial printers, to get colour accuracy you have to calibrate your icc profile with almost anything you change from ink to powder and film. Along with proper alignment will make the commercial printer a breeze, all the 24 inches printers are basically the same inside. Spend the money to get a local technician that can work on almost any large format printer and watch him so you can learn it yourself

My procolored printer is printing my projects repeatedly sometimes and I cleared the printers manager and it still will just printing an old job

That part where the printer fell into it's housing 🤦🏽‍♂️ that's the part I hate the most when fixing on this printer... Gotta check all cables and connections after... I've disconnected and broke parts because of it ‼️

I followed all the steps, but I cannot unclog the white ones, I don't want to put so much pressure. All the other colors are cleared, does that mean I need another print head?

Another thing is your videos are amazing .. but I really don’t know why Procolored themselves don’t have these kinds of videos out there for people. They sell the machines, these parts are always needing fixed or maintained. The only information out there is from people like you or on Facebook! NOT from Procolored themselves and it’s their machines! They do have some videos but definitely not all needed! I don’t like that at all. If it weren’t for people like you we’d all be lost!!! So thank you so much for your time and help!!!

I tried finding the additional videos you said were in description am I missing them?.. I have the L805 smaller model and can’t find any videos on this one. I’m sure similar I’m just not sure which all screws to unscrew and I’m worried I won’t be able to figure it out to get them all back in place the right way taking one out that I’m not supposed to!

Words of wisdom. We started with sales only and did production externally. We started production internally once the volume was somewhat reliable and sizable. We started with internal production in 2018 after starting the business in 2011. We just started printing our own heat transfers with DTF 22 months ago. We were at 45.000 pcs per transfers and pressess per annum at this point, buying the transfers externally. This year we have made 152.000+ transfers and applied them to garments. We've got two printers now, but actually could do with just the one. DTF printers are still finicky though, so as we do several hundred transfers each day we needed the safety that two printers give us. We do about 4mUSD now, and my advice is learn sales, marketing, and running a business, before you start going in to the manufacturing. It is so much easier to do it this way, then the other way around. We have done embroidery externally for years, as this has only been sub 10K units per year. But now, that we finally crossed the "magic number" of units, it makes sense to do it internally. We just hired a person to do our embroidery, and bought a 8 head Tajima. It was a strategic move to do it right before Christmas and we've been able to accept order for 100K usd in garments and about 14K usd in embroidery, after our external supplier had to stop taking orders due to demand/delivery time. The machine and salary is easily covered as we already have the business. Get the customers, orders and business first, machines and staff later. Outsource the production until it is viable to do it in-house. Sales is how you make money, not printing.

Hi, try using a Silicone mat to press the Polyester. It will not leave any marks on T-shirts. When pressing just double the time because silicone absorbs heat. I use it and it works. I purchased mine from Amazon, it is the one that can withstand temps up to 400 degrees.

Hey Dom, hope you can help with my question. For some reason my printer stopped printing light colors. I’ve cleaned the print head, changed the tubes, changed the dampers. Can you help?

Hey Dom, I got ATC clothing as you said in your blanks supplier video and I love it. Majority of the products are cheaper or near the same price but I a lot more higher quality products that I was looking for, so thanks for info.

Good Video. But why don't you clean the capping station with distilled water and the station's automatic suction? This is much easier than wasting tons of cleaning fluid. It is also much more comfortable. And why don't you rinse the printheads with cleaning fluid before placing them on the capping station? I would be very concerned that the white ink could dry out in the print heads. Remove the damper, place the container underneath and carefully press cleaning liquid through each channel with a syringe. Then put the damper back on and you're done.

I have been printing for a year now.. and I have recently came across the issue of blurry images and white around the images at the same time. I replaced the printhead. And thought my printhead was loose or crooked so I took it back out and put it back in and I’ve cleaned the encoder strip and wheels.

Probably way too late to make this suggestion, but try exporting your AI files to DXF for silhouette studios. It will import as line art, no tracing needed.

So I tried doing this on my print head and when I try to push the solution through the nipple it just comes out of the nipple beside it on every color. Does that mean it’s clogged?

I did the print head cleanning and my printer want print. Do you have any suggestions on what could be happening.
