Way point at ramp, then you should always go straight out channel into lake past any structure and put a secondary waypoint. this alleviates hitting any structure or break wall when returning, especially in low light or fog conditions. You then go to secondary waypoint coming home, then you have a straight shot in to the ramp waypoint.

Are the ditch waypoints in the 93sv?
No those are ones I marked in Google Earth and then transferred to my 93SV. I have a video on how to do that too if you want to check it out.
