Mine didn't last to long after having it for 3months and 5 uses the plastic joint on one of the legs bent. Would be a 5min fix but company doesn't offers replacement parts.
Any points at the corners to add some guy ropes to peg in and anchor for added stability? It looks like a stiff breeze would lift it unless anchored down.
I’m interested to see if you still have yours? I bought one around the same time as you. Was so excited to find a solution to simple pack away. Sadly I’ve had nothing but trouble with mine. So many faults on it from initially jamming, to rods not tightening, awning constantly retracting and not staying in place. I was interested to hear that Daniel from Explore Bound had also sent his back due to faults. Outback Equipment even reimbursed me without question and without me having to send it back! I was astounded, but made me suspect they’d had so many complaints they were just handing out refunds. Final straw just occurred this weekend camping trip when one of the legs has now snapped off! I’ve taken great care to protect it and tried to fix all previous issues. But this just has proven this is a very flawed piece of equipment hence why I’m interested to hear if you’ve had the same or similar issues or was I just very unlucky.

Thank you for the vid :) How tall are the legs? I have a hightop van, wondering if the legs extend.
Thanks for sharing. Would this awning fit onto rhino rack vortex cross bars? Or would I need the pioneer platform?
Yep would work on those as well

I've heard a lot of bad things about these awnings. Disappointing, as it looks great!!
Great cameo by Dan aka Milky from many moons ago!
Milky eh? 😁
Does it have issues with water pooling in a downpour?
Same as an awning, just reduce the height one one corner a foot or so water runs off 👍
Do you still have this awning? How was it held up? Seems like a lot of people have had problems with this awning.
Yeah (well a mate does), still on his rig since our cape trip, still going ok? (Can see it on the Patrol in the Cape Trip vids)
Hi. Are there sidewalls for this awning?
Not at the time of filming this, might be worth dropping them an email though
Is the case 2m or 2.5m?
This was the 2.5x2.5
Ha!!! You said do do 😂 Sorry, I’m a child at heart 😂
😂
Nice clean and quick however shipping ($678.00 usd) to America where I live is more than the awning.... 😄😃😀
whooa yeah maybe a stretch :D
Would be good on a Campervan were set up for a while but too much work in this day and age 😂
Looks like an upgraded kings awning
